Grow

AI can now produce more content than any team can safely review, and few businesses can say what each piece earned.

Win and keep customers with content that is checked before it goes out.

Grow runs sales and marketing as one system: strategy, content, outbound and reporting, with a brand and compliance veto on every piece. Alongside it, the CRM and CMS Growth Engine, which is being built, joins customer relationship management and content management in one agentic tool for customer acquisition and retention. Our advisers, human and agentic, help you decide where to start.

The problem it solves

More output is not the same as more customers.

77%

of UK businesses using AI reported no change in revenue.

Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, AI adoption research, February 2026 (self-reported).
Content outruns review

AI makes drafting cheap. Review has not kept pace, so a piece that is off brand, or makes a claim you cannot support, can reach a customer.

The right message misses the right customer

Customers are not sorted into segments that content can follow, so messages arrive at the wrong time or in the wrong channel.

Nobody can show what earned its place

Activity is easy to count. Linking each piece to the enquiry or sale it produced is harder, so budgets follow habit.

Where it fits best

Start where growth work is high in volume and needs a check.

Grow is strongest in three functions. We do not spread across every team.

CRM and CMS Growth Engine

One connected engine for winning and keeping customers, being built.

The CRM and CMS Growth Engine is an agentic customer acquisition and retention tool. It joins customer relationship management (CRM), content management (CMS) and a growth engine in one fully integrated product, with multi-channel communications built in. Your customers get the right content at the right time, and a virtuous circle automatically connects your customer analytics to executed insight and content strategy production.

Being built. Final scope is confirmed in writing before you commit.

What it includes

Each part feeds the next, from first enquiry to repeat custom.

These are the capabilities we are building.

Integrated CRM, CMS and growth engine

Customer records, content and growth planning share one set of data, so teams work from the same picture of the customer.

Multi-channel communications

Messages go out from the same place, in your tone, to the segments you choose, across the channels you use.

Agentic web chat and messaging

An agent answers customers on your website and in messages, inside your rules, and hands over to a person when it should.

Content approval flows

Every piece goes to the person whose authority covers it, and the decision is recorded.

Customer segment mapping

Customers are grouped by what they need and where they are, so content follows the segment.

Workflow automations

Routine follow-ups run on triggers you define, with limits and a way to stop.

Sectors

In each sector, the same system starts from a different pressure.

Pick the tab nearest your business. Each shows where Grow is used first, who it is for and what we bring.

Assumptions
  • Each contact is approached on one channel at a time, so nobody is counted twice.
  • Response rates are the results you have seen. They are not forecasts.

Items marked assumption can be edited. No figures are stored or sent.

How this is worked out

Reached on a channel = contacts x share reachable. Expected responses on a channel = reached x response rate. Total = the three channels added together.

How to start

Set the rules, produce under the veto, then review the return.

Step 1Set the strategy and the rules. Define who you sell to, your brand voice and the claims you can and cannot make.
Step 2Produce under the veto. Content and outreach are drafted at pace, checked against your rules and approved by a named person.
Step 3Review the record and the return. See what went out and what each activity produced, then adjust the plan.
Grow does
  • Drafts content and outreach in your voice.
  • Checks every piece against your brand and compliance rules.
  • Records each decision and reports results beside spend.
Your people
  • Approve what is sent.
  • Set the strategy, the audience and the claims you can make.
  • Decide where to spend next.
A person approves every send.

Grow does not send unattended. The work is divided so each side does what it does best.

Grow products

The products behind the system, and where each stands.

The CRM and CMS Growth Engine is being built. The other five can be shown in a demo.

How approval works

Nothing is sent until the right person has approved it.

Every piece goes to the person whose authority covers it, and the decision is recorded.

Four steps in order: a document is generated alongside AI use, flagged, approved by a person, and recorded.

  1. 1Document generated

A record is produced alongside the AI use, as the work happens.

  2. 2Flagged

Anything that needs a decision is sent to the person who owns it.

  3. 3Approved by a person

A named person approves, changes or rejects it. AI does not sign off.

  4. 4Recorded

The decision, the approver and the date are kept with the document.

Questions buyers ask

Straight answers.

What is GenWA Grow?

GenWA Grow runs sales and marketing as one system: strategy, content, outbound and reporting. A brand and compliance veto checks every piece routed through Grow before it goes out, and records the decision.

What is the CRM and CMS Growth Engine?

It is an agentic customer acquisition and retention tool, and it is being built. It joins customer relationship management, content management and a growth engine, with multi-channel communications, agentic web chat and messaging, content approval flows, customer segment mapping and workflow automations.

What is the virtuous circle?

Customer analytics show what customers did. The engine turns that into insight that is acted on, then into content strategy and production for each segment. A person approves, the content is delivered and the results return to the analytics.

Can it replace our current customer relationship management system?

That depends on the systems you run. We agree with you whether it works alongside them or replaces part of them, and confirm it in writing. The engine is being built, so scope is agreed before you commit.

Does a person approve what is sent?

Yes. Content goes through approval flows to the person whose authority covers it, and the decision is recorded. The veto applies to pieces routed through Grow.

Where does Grow run, and which models does it use?

It runs in your AWS or Azure account, or hosted by GenWA on AWS as agreed. It uses approved model providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini or private models. Personal data is redacted before approved outside model calls.
