Annual billing, excluding VAT. The low end is a control foundation: Register, Rules and Log. The high end is all five products. Your own model usage fees stay with your vendors.
What decides where you land
- The number of people in your business
- Which of the five products you choose
- How many agent teams and workflows you run
- Contact-centre volume, which is billed at cost
How to get your figure
Start with the AI health check. It measures your own usage, so the range narrows to a price that fits your requirements.
Start your AI health checkTell us your headcount and roles. We forecast the AI investment your teams will need.
Planned growth included. Two lines: what it costs if everyone chooses for themselves, and what it costs under control.
Per-role monthly AI cost assumptions: knowledge £95, customer-facing £60, engineering £210, operations £45, leadership £105, blending to about £92 per employee (15% of software spend, Ramp 2026; £7,400 software spend per employee, Zylo 2026). Uncontrolled spend grows 30% a year (Ramp, 2026 trend). With GenWA: 48% lower per person (model choice, seats, duplicates), plus the platform, growing with headcount only.

Scoped to the engagement: a set-up fee, a platform fee, then a price per verified outcome with a monthly cap you set.

A structured programme for boards: where AI pays in your business, where it must not be used, what to buy, what it costs, and what it returns. Delivered in four weeks. Fee credited against year one.

For the agent team, a second way to buy: a platform fee, then a price per outcome the value register shows was delivered and your owner signed off. Token cost is our problem.

What is an independent AI audit?
An independent AI audit measures the AI your business actually uses: tools, accounts, spend, data exposure and who owns each use. You get first findings within 48 hours, then the full audit and a costed 90-day plan within ten working days. It is advice you can take to your board.
How does the GenWA AI audit work?
You begin with the health check: a short questionnaire, a usage-export check or an on-site visit. We read your own usage first, so scope and price match reality. First findings follow within 48 hours. The audit and 90-day plan are delivered within ten working days.
How much does an AI audit cost for a UK business?
Indicative audit fees, excluding VAT: 7,500 pounds for 50 to 250 people, 12,500 pounds for 250 to 1,000 people and 19,500 pounds for enterprise. The fee is confirmed in writing before you commit and credited in full against year one of a platform plan. Credit conditions are to be confirmed.
Can I buy only the audit and not the platform?
Yes. There is no obligation to take the platform after the audit. You receive the findings and a 90-day plan either way. If you later choose a platform plan, the audit fee is credited in full against year one. Ask us for the written scope before you decide.
Should we buy the platform or start with an audit?
You can start with the platform. The audit measures your own usage first, so the scope and price are right, and it gives you a costed plan the board can approve. Because the fee is credited against year one, starting with the audit adds no extra cost if you proceed.
Find out where your AI stands. Then decide.
Under a minute, an upload, or a visit. Something for the board either way.
